Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A credit card must be on file to ensure a reservation.

Cancellations
Cancellations are to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled services.

Late Arrival
Late arrivals may cause us to limit our ability to offer full treatments and there will not be an extension of scheduled treatments.

Return Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for one year after date of purchase.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in our rates. 15%-20% is appreciated and appropriate. Cash gratuity is especially appreciated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or such substance. We also have the right to cancel services to any individual for any reason.
  • We do not tolerate any kind of sexual innuendos, comments or advances to our staff. Such behavior will result in an immediate cancellation of services.
  • Please maintain an appropriate volume to maintain the peace and tranquility in our facilities.
  • We do not allow cell phones in our treatment areas. Please switch off all electronic devices before the start of treatment.
  • If you have any health problems, injuries or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can treat you without affecting your health adversely.
  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. We cannot be held us responsible for any stolen property.
